Company's value is usually estimated trough its material and financial potency. However, money is not the only key to success. What makes a company successful and recognised on the market are people.

In order to increase intellectual capital, Adriadiesel d.d. invests in education, recruitment of qualified people and incitement rewords for the personnel.

EMPLOYEES' SAFETY

Protection of employees in production is very important. All the workers are trained for protection against fire and occupational safety, and based on hazard estimation all protective measures are being taken and equipment supplied in order to provide safe working environment.

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Quality of our products is guaranteed by our highly trained specialists: NDT examiners in penetrant testing, magnetic particle testing and visual inspection:

  • Welders certified by norm HRN EN 287-1;
  • Chief Welding Engineer certified by Croatian Welding Society according to EWF/IIW Program;
  • A crew trained for turbocharger overhauls and repairs;
  • Engineers qualified for drawing in AutoCad and PRO/E;

Adriadiesel d.d. has started a co-operation with Technical School in Karlovac with aim to promote careers and gaining new knowledge and skills in metal profession, electrotechnics, and mechatronics.

Adriadiesel d.d. will also facilitate practical teaching of students trough organised visits to its workshops.

Program of technical training for gaining new knowledge and skills for operating CNC machines and for maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic systems and PLC devices has already begun.

The training is being implemented trough theoretical and practical lessons in Technical School in Karlovac. There are two programs provided.

IExecutive program for CNC operators consists of:

  • The Concept of Program and Programming;
  • Technology and Operational Documentation;
  • Machine Operating Practice;
  • Sample making by using one and three tools and thread cutting - turning cycle

Venue: Technology Process Projecting and NAUS Practicum.

IExecutive program of education in pneumatics, hydraulics and automatics consist of:

  • gas postulates, basic hydraulics postulates;
  • pneumatic elements, pneumatic control, electro-pneumatic control;
  • main parts of hydraulic system;
  • hydraulic control elements, hydraulic schemes and hydraulic control schemes;
  • PLC construction and functions;
  • logic algebra basics, and logic control schemes;
  • robotics basics;
  • robot operation programming;
